The No-Confidence Motion debate on the Manipur crisis is all set to enter day 2 today. Both Rahul Gandhi and Amit Shah will put forth their viewpoint on the same. Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury party leader informed that Rahul Gandhi will start the debate. The opposition lacks in numbers but still has put forth the debate.
