France Football has recently released a Ballon d’Or voting list on Friday, 12 August that will determine the best European footballer from its last season on October 17 which is a month ahead of the FIFA World Cup. This 30-member list includes the top stars from all over the World but was without Lionel Messi for the first time since 2005.
