France Football has recently released a Ballon d’Or voting list on Friday, 12 August that will determine the best European footballer from its last season on October 17 which is a month ahead of the FIFA World Cup. This 30-member list includes the top stars from all over the World but was without Lionel Messi for the first time since 2005. After the Argentines had an unforgettable season with Paris Saint-Germain. Messi became the World’s highest-paid footballer and was forced to move away from FC Barcelona due to financial complications after the 2020/21 season and was found a place in PSG.
