The notice received by Delhi government on behalf of an NGO, containing corruption allegations against Special Secretary Y V V J Rajasekhar, has been declared as fake by the NGO chairman in a letter to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The Delhi government had earlier announced the receipt of a legal notice. However, it is not clear whether the corruption allegations against Rajasekhar were untrue or not. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Services Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj have been sent a legal notice on the letterhead of law firm Milind M Bharadwaj & Associates. The notice was issued on behalf of their client, Abhinav Samaj, but the reason behind the notice has not been stated.
