It was 10 months back tht Kharge was appointed as Congress chief. Now the CWC one of thetop decision making body of Congress has been reconstitued by him. The CWC thaat consisted of 84 members coul not meet the ‘50-under-50’ criteria. The list of the new members was shared by the party on twitter.
