Imran Khan’s supporters got angry on Pakistan’s military

A group of people, including women, carrying flags of Imran Khan's PTI party and wielding sticks was captured in a 34-second video shot in Lahore, Pakistan on May 9. The group is seen entering a mansion while chanting slogans. Jinnah House, the historical residence of Lahore's top military general named after Pakistan's founder Muhammad Ali Jinnah, was set on fire by protesters. The mansion held significant historical importance and was damaged in the unrest. The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) arrested Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan on corruption charges at a court in the capital, Islamabad, in a case that has gone viral on social media. In a video captured just after the arrest, Khan is seen being escorted by security personnel as onlookers shout slogans in protest. Khan has consistently denied any wrongdoing and has vowed to fight the charges in court.
