A man was spotted clinging to the bonnet of a car in Delhi while the driver, who was later identified as the Lok Sabha MP from Bihar, Chandan Singh's driver, drove the vehicle for about two to three kilometers. The incident occurred on Sunday, and police are reportedly investigating the matter. Chetan, a driver, claimed that a car touched his vehicle while he was returning from dropping off a passenger. He then blocked the car by standing before it, alleging the driver's mistake. Chetan narrated his account to ANI. Ramchand Kumar, the driver involved in the hit-and-run case of cyclist Chetan, has denied any contact between his car and Chetan's vehicle. According to Kumar, Chetan "jumped on the bonnet" of his car. Investigations are ongoing, and the police have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
