YouTube restoring Donald Trump’s channel after an almost two-year ban

YouTube announced it had reinstated former President Donald Trump's channel on its platform. The move follows other social-media companies that have lifted bans on Trump's account. This reinstatement will allow the former president to post content to the platform, while it will also adhere to YouTube's existing policies regarding content moderation. YouTube says it will apply "warning labels" to videos that violate its policies.
