Wagner Mutiny in the Prigozhin-Kremlin Conflict

Yevgeny Prigozhin, the leader of the Wagner Group, has halted his troops following escalating tensions with the Russian military. The conflict has highlighted the key players involved in the standoff. Yevgeny Prigozhin, head of Wagner Group, was once seen as a close confidant of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Wagner Group played a significant role in Russia's invasion of Ukraine, particularly in Bakhmut, and has been involved in other conflicts in Syria, Libya, and Africa. Tensions have been escalating between Russian businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin and defence minister Sergei Shoigu since June 23.
