US judge ruling about H-1B visa to be advantageous to many Indian

The judgment by a US judge comes as a big sigh of relief for the foreign people working in the tech sector in the USA. The judge has ruled out that the spouse of H-1B visa holder can also work in USA. Many tech companies like Amazon, Apple, Microsoft were against this lawsuit. Approximately 1 lakh people were issue work authorization which also includes numerous Indians.
