The United States Government has recently proposed a massive hike in immigration fees, including the much sought-after H-1B visas to have high-skilled foreign workers, which would be very popular among Indian tech professionals amid a long waiting time for visa processing. Under the proposed rule that has been published by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) the pre-Registration fees for H-1B visas have increased from $10 to $215.
