UGC Chief drafts regulation for forgein universities to set campus in India

University Grants commission chief M Jagadesh Kumar given the regulations that foreign universities will have to follow to set up their campus in the country. 

“No foreign higher Education can set up campuses without the approval by the UGC," the Chairman said. He further said that they can these campuses can set their own regulations for the admission process while setting the campus.
