The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) has announced plans to revive its temple in Thiyagaraya Nagar, Chennai, within three years, due to congestion and convenience for devotees. The temple will be redesigned to include a Sri Venkateswara Swamy deity, Lord Padmavathy, and Lord Krishna, along with other important figures. The temple aims to attract more pilgrims and offer more convenient access for Chennai residents. The TTD also plans to introduce Rasamayam, a prasadam of Tirumala that is extremely popular among devotees.
