The decision of the appointment of advocates in the High Court as judges were reiterated by the Supreme Court. In three Cases the reason for reiteration and objection was also given publically. These five Candidates include senior advocate Saurabh Kirpal to be appointed as a judge in Delhi High Court, advocate Somasekhar Sundaresan will be appointed as a judge in the Bombay High Court, advocate R John Sathyan will be appointed Madras High Court; advocates Sakya Sen and Amitesh Banerjee as judges of the Calcutta High Court.
