The man was rumored to be Sunil Kanugolu, a Congress party member. During the Karnataka elections, Kanugolu, who was only recognised by a select few, was working hard leading up to the Congress victory of 135 seats. Kanugolu is a multilingual political strategist who communicates campaign details in several languages, including English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Gujarati.
