Salaar is yet to get its release date announced by the director Prashanth Neel.

The makers of Salaar announced the two parts of the movie Salaar and shocked everyone with this announcement; the first installment is named Salaar: Ceased Fire Part 1. in which both Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran will seen as friends and enemies. The director of the movie Salaar, Prashanth Neel, has said that the cinema Salaar is not connected to KGF in any way. About the release of the Salaar movie, the director said I couldn't know when the film would come to the theatres.
