Rahul Gandhi says government is responsible for train accidents

While addressing a gathering in New York Rahul Gandhi said that the British are not to be blamed for the train accidents but it is the responsibility of the government.  "BJP and RSS are incapable of looking at the future. Whatever you ask them, they will look backward. If you ask the government why the train accident happened,...." said Rahul Gandhi.
