Putin informed that the Chinese proposal might be the basis for peace in Ukraine

Putin revealed that China had proposed a plan to help settle the conflict in Ukraine. However, the West and Kyiv were not yet open to it. He said they could use the Chinese plan for the peace settlement. Xi and Putin warned against any escalation of the Ukraine conflict and the risk of a nuclear war. They said no one would be a victor in such a conflict and called for collective efforts to maintain peace. Both sides agreed to strengthen cooperation to promote regional and global security and stability.
