Priyanka Chaturvedi calls Rahul Gandhi flying kiss gesture as affectionate

BJP's Smriti Irani had accused Rahul Gandhi of a 'flying kiss' gesture. Now Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi has termed this as an "affectionate" gesture. 

"I don't understand that when he was speaking, all the ministers were standing up. Ministers were creating obstructions. He made an affectionate gesture, what problem...." Ms. Chaturvedi said.
