Police shots another accuse in Umesh Pal murder case in an encounter

In the Umesh Pal murder case, Prayagraj police shot accused Vijay aka Usman was shot by police in an encounter. Earlier another accused was also shot dead by police in an encounter. 

 "Patient Usman was brought dead. We performed the examinations following which he was declared dead & the body was sent to the mortuary" the medical emergency officials said.
