No offence for a hate speech made out against the protesting wrestlers

Delhi Police filed an action taken report (ATR) before a court regarding a plea seeking a First Information Report (FIR) against protesting wrestlers, including Vinesh Phogat, Bajrang Punia, and Sakshi Malik. The wrestlers had allegedly made "false allegations" against BJP MP and Wrestlers Foundation of India. The court will hear the matter on 16 November. The police have requested the court to reject an application from Bam Bam Maharaj Nauhatiya, who claims to be the national chief of the Atal Jan Party. The court will hear the case again on July 7. Wrestlers protesting against allegations of sexual harassment and intimidation by Brij Bhushan have agreed to pause their protest until June 15.
