Matteo Messina Denaro gets arrested outside a clinic in Palermo

The most wanted man in Italy is Matteo Messina Denaro. He has been Arrested on Monday outside a clinic in Palermo along with his partner. As per judiciary, he was a visitor to this clinic Post his cancer operation that took place last year. 

Illness "is one of the events in the life of a (fugitive) individual that forces them to come out into the open", Palermo Prosecutor Paolo Guido told a press conference.
