Ludhiana gas leak leaves 11 people dead

After the release of toxic gas in Ludhiana in Punjab at least 11 people have been reported to have been killed. The dead also included women and children. People were also found in an unconscious state in their houses. Various others reported difficulty in breathing and four people are undergoing treatment in the hospital.
