On Thursday, Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) took to Twitter to clarify its agreement with Adani Group's port in Gangavaram, Andhra Pradesh, for the importation of LPG in addition to existing contracts with close-by ports. The Statement, made in reply to Trinamool Congress MP Mahua moitra's allegations of a Scam in hiring the port facility without a tender, refuted Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd earning call presentation that mentioned an agreement with IOCL for a "Take-or-pay Contract" at Gangavaram Port for constructing LPG handling facilities.
