Haryana has set up a three-member committee to examine social media posts in connection with the recent Nuh clashes, which were fueled in part by social media activity, according to Home Minister Anil Vij. In response to the attacks, parts of the northern state will be without internet access until August 5. Clashes erupted in Nuh on Monday after a religious procession was attacked, resulting in the deaths of two home guards and injuries to dozens of people, including 20 police officers. The incident sparked a frenzy of violence between two groups. Further details about the clash have not been disclosed.
