Ex-judge of Supreme Court S Abul Nazeer is now appointed as Governor of Andhra Pradesh. He was appointed on Sunday by Droupadi Murmu. The earlier Governor of Andhra Pradesh Biswa Bhusan Harichanan is now shifting to Chattisgarh as Governor. Abul Nazeer retire from Supreme Court last month and was a part of many historic judgments like the 2019 Ayodhya verdict, validation of demonetization, triple talaq, and many others.
