Flood Alert Issued for Delhi after Yamuna River Crosses Danger Mark

A flood alert was given in Delhi after the water level of Yamuna crossed the danger mark on Monday reaching up to 205.33 metres. The rail traffic on the bridge was stopped due to this on July 11 at 6 a.m. Heavy rainfall and the release of water from the dam in Haryana have led to this. The process to evacuate people living near the river Yamuna has begun after the alert.
