Federal agents have headed to Miami and Trump appeared before court next week

Donald Trump claims to have been indicted on charged of mishandling classified documents at his Florida estate, making him the first U.S. President to face such charges. However, an indictment or conviction won't necessarily prevent him from running in the 2024 Presidential Election. The former President is currently facing a number of legal challenges, including investigations into his business dealings and alleged involvement in the January 6 Capitol riots. Former President Donald Trump is facing possible indictment in at least three other criminal investigations besides the ongoing hush-money case, in which he is set to be arraigned on Tuesday.
