At least 17 people have died in two explosions at a counter-terrorism office in north-west Pakistan. Authorities say there is no evidence of an attack and it could have resulted from an electrical fault igniting ammunition in the centre. Reports suggest that most of the dead are police officers who were present in the building when the explosions occurred.
