Ex-Zilingo, CEO Ankiti Bose hiked her salary with a 10X without any approval

Ankiti Bose, co-founder of Zilingo, a Singaporean fashion firm, raised her salary by 10 times without board approval and made $10m worth of "unexplained payments" to vendors, according to a report by external auditors that was commissioned following allegations of financial irregularities. Bose was sacked as CEO in May last year following the allegations. The report found that there was no clear evidence of fraud, but it did reveal several instances of poor governance and oversight. Bose declined to comment
