European Council President calls Putin's ceasefire decision as hypocritical

European Council President Charles Michel says that the Russian President's decision of 36 hours ceasefire in Ukraine is "hypocritical". He further says that the only solution to get back peace is by withdrawing the troops. 

“Withdrawal of Russian troops is [the] only serious option to restore peace and security. announcement of unilateral ceasefire is as bogus and hypocritical as the illegal and grotesque annexations and accompanying referenda,” Michel said in a tweet.
