Co passenger tells that Shankar Mishra became incoherent after too many drinks

India/>Air India urinating incident: A passenger traveling on the same Flight told that Shankar Mishra was too much drunk that he became incoherent and was asking the same question again and again. 

"When he was asking me the same question multiple times, I realised that he may be incoherent. I did flag it to the crew, and he just smiled," Dr. Bhattacharjee seated along side Shankar Mishra told Ndtv.
