Think and Learn Pvt Ltd, operating under the BYJU'S brand name, has sent a legal notice to Aakash Educational Services accusing its founder of resisting a share swap that was agreed as part of Aakash's sale. BYJU'S acquired the online learning platform, Aakash Educational Services, for $1bn earlier this year to expand its reach in the Indian test preparation market. Education technology company BYJU'S acquired brick-and-mortar coaching centre AESL for almost $940 million in a cash and stock deal.
