Bihar Police has revealed that the Ram Navami procession violence in Bihar Sharif was part of a well-planned conspiracy. A Bajrang Dal office bearer has been identified as the mastermind behind the attacks after surrendering to the police. ADG Jitender Singh Gawar said that the violence was orchestrated through social media. Kundan Kumar allegedly masterminded and orchestrated the Ram Navami violence via a WhatsApp group with 457 members. The group was used to plan and execute violence during the festival. Police are investigating the group to learn more about the plot and determine who was involved.
