Heat wave continues to grip India as various cities crossed the 42 degrees Celsius mark on Monday. The list of these cities was released by the IMD department on Monday. Baripada in Odisha recorded the highest temperature followed by Jhansi in Madhya Pradesh. Out of 42 cities, 18 cities recorded 43 degrees of temperature while the rest recorded 42 degrees of temperature.
