Average median age of Indians is 10 years younger than Chinese

According to the data from World Population Prospects, Indians have a median age of 28.2 years. According to this average median age of Indians is 10 years younger than that of Chinese. Chinese have a median age of 39. According to a regional analysis on a broader base, Asians have a median age of 31.9 years which ranks them their youngest in the geographic group.
