AU Small Finance Bank shares fall over 7% post, according to Fincare merger announcement.

The small Finance Bank AU shares a loss of over 7% after the post-announcement of the Fincare merger. Fincare, in its deal with the merger in an all-share deal with Fincare shareholders, received 579 AU for every 2000 shares. And these results include over net interest income of Rs 1.153 crore, up 6% QoQ and 41%YoY and a Net profit of Rs 393 crore, up 15% QoQ and 30% YoY
