Approximately 4,074 Marriage/>Child Marriage Cases have been registered in Assam. The Assam police carried on the mission for the third day also and made around 2200 arrests in this regard. These people either had Married Minor girls or were a part of these marriages. This Action was taken after Assam Cabinet took the decision to book people who Married Minor girls aged below 14 years.
