Amritpal Singh taken to Dibrugarh Central Jail hours after surrendering

Amritpal Singh who was on the run since last month finally surrendered before the police in Punjab on Sunday and now has been taken to Dibrugarh Central Jail. His other helpers are already jailed there. This jail is considered to be the oldest and safest jail in the Northeast. It is expected that jails in North Inia will have gangsters or other members associated with him jailed there.
