A suspected ISIS Chief got killed in Syria, according to Turkey's President

According to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the leader of ISIS, known as Abu Hussein al-Qurashi, has been killed in Syria in an operation conducted by Turkey's MIT intelligence agency. Al-Qurashi was believed to be the group's leader and had been actively involved in the conflict in Syria. The operation is part of Turkey's ongoing efforts to combat ISIS and other regional extremist groups. Turkey-backed forces have sealed off a zone in northern Syria, near the Turkish border, as part of an operation to capture members of the ISIS group. The move follows the announcement by ISIS that its previous chief, Abu Hasan al-Hashimi al-Qurashi, had died and been replaced by Abu Hussein al-Qurashi. The operation aims to capture ISIS members who may be seeking to flee to Turkey from the group's last stronghold in Baghouz, eastern Syria.
