Amazon has planned to close the food delivery Business in the country by the end of 2022. Amazon food, the food delivery Business will shut down on December 29. It was launched in May 2020 in some parts of Bangaluru. Later it tied up with many restaurants in the City and expanded its service.
“Customers have been telling us for some time that they would like to order prepared meals on Amazon in addition to shopping for all other essentials. This is particularly relevant in present times as they stay home safe,” the company said
