Russian forces have encroached on the destroyed city of Bakhmut and captured it in the last six months which resulted in the lives of many people. President Zelensky said that Bakhmut was discussed on Monday with the commander of ground forces and all were in favor of “further strengthening positions in Bakhmut”.
