The RJD leader's plea regarding the CBI notices for questioning him in an ongoing case will be heard by Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma tomorrow. The CBI sent three notices to Yadav, dated February 28, March 4, and March 11, but he has yet to respond to them by appearing for questioning. CBI filed a charge sheet on October 10, 2022, against 16 people, including former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav's wife Rabri Devi and their daughter, for allegedly violating standards and guidelines established by the Indian Railways while making appointments.
